Ideally, all details for your events should be finalized about 3 weeks before your event. That means we need to meet or talk to finalize these details. For a wedding, there is a timeline creation. It doesn't matter if its a relaxed casual wedding, or a 400 person formal wedding. I do it for each wedding so that I (and you) have peace of mind knowing there is someone at your event coordinating it.
For photo booths, there is a template creation process. I will need a few questions answered so that we can create a gorgeous personalized template.
One of the newer ways I've been able to accomplish this is through Skype. I share my desktop screen for you to see, and walk you right through your event.
So.... add me to your Skype conacts as harrygambardella. And, send me your Skype name. I'm happy to meet in person, or talk on the phone. But, Skype wins when it comes to saving you time AND seeing what and how I plan your event.
